About our Employees:
We have permanently-staffed offices in Baghdad, with senior expatriate and Iraqi attorneys in permanent residence. Difficult as this is to maintain under the current circumstances, we take extraordinary steps to remain anonymous to the public.

- Dr. Samir Al Azawi, Attorney: 25 years of combined experience in procurement management, has a good experience in representing clients on disputes rising from contract execution in front of Iraqi courts and arbitrator’s tribunals. His experience include giving consultations on Iraqi civil law, liability law, procurement law (public and private), privatization, investment law, commercial law, and companies’ law, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as well to practice as a procurement, commercial and contract attorney, has a consultant degree in Power Engineering from Iraqi Engineering Union. His experience extended to power project management, contract execution, and administration for GOI.
- Mrs. Wasan Al Mayah, Attorney : 10 years of experience in Civil, commercial and Investment Iraqi Laws, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as commercial attorney.

- Dr. Ihsan Al-Attar: 30 years of combined experience in the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, He was a senior consultant in Ministry of Oil.
- Mr. Haytham Al Anbaky: 25 years of combined experience in the Iraqi Tax Commission, He was a Director General Of Baghdad Tax Office.
- Mr. Muthana Al Bayati: 20 years of combined experience in Iraqi Ministry of Trade/Companies registration office. His main job is to register Local and International companies.
- Mr. Faris Kazal, Attorney: 15 years of experience, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as corporate lawyer. Helping Mr. Muthana in companies registration.
- Mrs. Ibtisam Al Azawi: 15 years of experience, is specially approved by the Iraqi bar association as litigation lawyer. She is responsible for the law suits and there are 5 part time lawyers helping her in this matter.
